Dr. Fernando Paganini (Estados Unidos) Catedrático de Teoría de las Telecomunicaciones. Dictó el seminario “Population and download dynamics in peer- to-peer file sharing with heterogeneity”, en School of Electrical and Computer Engineering de Cornell University, Nueva York, 17 y 18 de marzo. Presentó el artículo “Decision making in forward power markets with supply and demand uncertainty”, realizado junto al Dr. Pablo Belzarena y el Dr. Pablo Monzón, en Conference on Information Sciences and Systems, que tuvo lugar en Princeton University, 19 al 21 de marzo. Dictó la ponencia “Controlling the Internet in the era of Software –Defined and Virtualized Networks” en el workshop CDS20, organizado por el programa The Control and Dynamical Systems (CDS) de California Institute of Technology (Caltech), California, 5 al 7 de agosto. Presentó el artículo “Monotonicity and global stability in download dynamics of content-sharing networks”, realizado junto al Dr. Andrés Ferragut, en 53rd Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) Conference on Decision and Control, Los Ángeles, 15 al 17 de diciembre.
